Usage of balloon tape strip:
1. Take out the balloon tape strip and inflate all the balloons with air.
2. Put the 12 balloon 12 inches into the bigger hole.
3. Move the balloons from bigger hole to a small hole to keep it from falling off.
4. The 5-inch balloon could be attached to the rest of the balloon strip using adhesive dots.
